I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and Registered Member of the BACP (MBACP).
Outside of counselling, I have worked in educational and care roles for ten years, supporting families, parents, children, and neurodivergent individuals. I value the diverse ways people experience the world, and my bilingual and bi-cultural background has shaped my sensitivity to difference, identity, belonging, and transitions.
In my work, I bring warmth, thoughtfulness, and depth. I believe life can be profoundly challenging, yet I also see it as a meaningful journey of discovery and learning.
I approach counselling as a compassionate space for reflection and exploration, where playfulness, creativity, and humour are welcomed.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and practice in line with their ethical framework.
If you’re considering counselling, you’re very welcome to get in touch. You can email me to arrange a free introductory call or to book an initial session, taking things at a pace that feels right for you.
